This site is an independent catalogue for Maxclinic products. We do not sell, pack or deliver any items, so returns cannot be handled here.

Nothing returns to this address

Nothing ships from here, and we never hold stock. Our New York address is only a mail point for letters. It has no desk, no staff to process boxes and no storage. Parcels sent there cannot be processed and will get stuck. Any return must start where the purchase was made.

How returns work with the retailer

Every order belongs to the retail partner where you bought it. Log in to your account on that store to find your purchase record. That page shows the available return options, the allowed time window and the steps to follow. When the item is accepted, the payment goes back through your original payment method there.

Cosmetic conditions and opened jars

Cosmetic products often have strict return rules. Many retailers do not accept opened jars, used bottles or unsealed boxes for hygiene reasons. Read the store terms on the product listing before starting a return. If a formula did not suit your skin, checking the full ingredient list before your next order is the most practical step.
