Questions about the catalogue and the formulas

This page collects common questions about how our directory works and how the formulas are used. We explain what this independent site covers, where purchases take place, and what to expect from the brand lines.

Is this site the official Maxclinic shop?

Maxclinic does not run this site. We keep an independent catalogue of twenty-nine products across six brand lines. We do not sell bottles, run accounts, or manage customer files.

Where does buying and parcel delivery happen?

Buying happens at the retail partner when you leave this page. That merchant handles payment processing, packing boxes, and delivery updates. Nothing ships from here, and we hold no stock in New York.

Are the prices listed on your site current?

Catalogue prices are checked against the retail partner listings on regular sweeps. The actual price on the partner shelf always wins if numbers shift between our updates.

How do returns work if I change my mind?

Every return goes through the retail partner where you bought the item. Send nothing to our New York mailing point, as staff there cannot take parcels. The partner handles the return window and the payment goes back through them.

How do you use an oil-to-foam cleanser?

Smooth one or two pumps over a dry face to break down makeup and sunscreen. Massage the oil across the skin, then add warm water to work it into a light lather before rinsing clean.

What does melatonin mean on Maxclinic labels?

The word melatonin names a topical cosmetic ingredient blended into the Time Return and Melatonin Shot creams. It sits on the surface of the skin alongside other moisturising agents in the jar.

How long does the Rouge Star tint last?

Rouge Star is a peel-off film tint that leaves color on the lips once you remove the dry layer. The stain softens as you eat and drink, and it wears off naturally through the day.
