Writing to our desk

Send a note if you spot an error on a page, a broken link or a missing detail in our product notes. We answer messages in the order they arrive, usually within a few days. We can check bottle sizes, ingredient lists and line names from the 29 products listed on this site.

What belongs with the shop

We do not sell products, take card details or hold stock. Nothing ships from here. All questions about checkout, delivery dates, delivery updates and when the payment goes back belong in your account with the retail partner. The postal address in New York is an administrative mail point only. It has no counter, no bottles to try and cannot accept returned parcels.
