How we handle your data

This page is an independent catalogue. We do not sell products, create user accounts or run marketing lists. Below is a plain account of what happens when you read these pages, use the routine builder or send us an email.

What we do not collect

There are no member accounts, carts or checkouts on this site. We do not run a newsletter, so we never ask for a mailing sign-up. We do not collect payment details or card numbers. The routine builder runs entirely inside your browser. Your answers stay on your own device and are never sent to a server or stored by us.

Standard server logs

Like any basic web page, our hosting provider records standard technical logs when a file loads. These logs can include your internet protocol address, the time of the request, the page requested and the browser type. These records are kept by the host to deliver the files properly and keep the site running.

Links to retail partners

When you choose to buy a product, you leave this site through an outbound link. Orders, accounts, deliveries and payments belong entirely to the retail partner. Their own privacy terms apply as soon as you arrive on their pages. We advise reading their privacy notice on their site.

When you write to us

If you send us an email, we see your return address, your name if provided, and the message you wrote. We read these notes and use the address only to send a reply. We do not share your address and we never add it to any marketing list.
